Bubión is set in the privileged Poqueira Valley, on the southern side of Sierra Nevada. (Alt. 1300 mts) , 70 kms far from Granada and 150 kms from Málaga. This area of great natural beauty is part of Sierra Nevada Natural and National Park.and is perfectly complemented by its unique architecture inherited fron the Moors, together with its irrigation channels and terraced landscape, an idyllic setting for such a small mountain village which has long been the home of many artists from around the world.
